04Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

08money88 Liability Limits

However, as with any technology platform, technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. money88 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions beyond our control.

• money88 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures on the player's end
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's own negligence are the player's sole responsibility
• money88 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from bugs or technical disruptions

In all circumstances, money88's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to cases involving gross negligence or wilful fraud by money88.

09Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your money88 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, all withdrawable balances will be paid to your registered bank account within 3 business days, subject to the completion of all applicable rollover requirements.

Money88 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
